Bad service

I'm so not happy with the service I received or rather am receiving from debonairs carletonville I'm waiting over an hour for a delivery that's paid for I even tip the driver I wish I didn't, I'm tracking my order and it says its delivered how I don't know they agents are also just not helping I have kids waiting to eat and no one can explain why is my order showing delivered when it's not
