bad service

am so angry with this restaurant haven't get joy two times Ording in the one of their store in chris hani vosloorus all the time i ordered i don't receive my order then they take time to refund on the 5th of march i ordered with a voucher i waited for my order it was not delivered again and ive been calling wasting my airtime just to get poor customer service something must be done about this would recommend that restaurant to anyone...can they please refund my voucher cause i didn't get the pizza
