BAD SERVICE

I went to PONGOLA Town on the 25th of October , place ab order and went out to do some few shopping around the complex and came back after an hour and went to check and boom , my ORDER WAS not ready was told to wait and i did. 1 hour past again and my order was not ready again , the service there is very poor from the time i was placing an order we stood there for about 15 minutes and when i asked the lady why is it taking so long to place an order and she said to us some orders are not on the system so thats why they are delaying they rely on looking at the screen if you order your food, shewww first red flag. then one also has to wait 2hours for food im not happy at all and ended-UP requesting my money back.
