Bad service

I am very disappointed to say that I have placed an order at 19:42pm my order left the store at 20:10pm only to explore the city and not come to me I have made numerous phone calls and have still not received my order. I have been tracking the driver on the map and he is no where near my house. It is a cold rainy day I have 2 kids to feed and we still await our supper. Am I to except this cold meal after it have been out in this cold for so long and not delivered fresh to me??? This is really ridiculous
