Bad service

I ordered a pizza a online at 6:30pm, waited for 45mins then called the helpdesk to ask how far is my order, then the lady on the call says "sir your order is still at the shop, please expect the pizza at 8:30 to 9pm" due to bad weather, then i called at 9:05pm asking if they are still gonna deliver only to tell me they dont deliver around my area.
