Bad Service

I ordered a pizza from them about two years back, it took more than 3 hrs to be delivered, I called them a couple of times to enquire why it was taking that long. I was told they had a lot of orders to deliver. When pizza finally arrived the kids had gone to bed. The delivery guy apologised. I paid for my pizza and he left. Since then I experience problems each time I place an order wih the Debonairs in Wonderpark, when they punch my number on their system it shows that I was a hoax. I have explained what happened to them numerous times, they would take my order and assure me that they would fix it but they never do.<br> <br> Today I called again and spoke to the manager who promised to call me back but never did. I find their customer service appauling especially because they are the ones in the wrong.
