BAD SERVICE
I am appalled at the service we just received at the Debonairs Newclare. We ordered the Double Up special and the cashier tal**** up 4 pizzas by mistake. We looked at the slip and noticed the mistake and asked the cashier to rectify the mistake. Instead he gave us such a bad response and told us that he wouldn't refund us and started swearing back at my fiance. Being in the customer service industry for 8 years, never have I experienced such putrid service in my life! It was so pathetic. Instead of just apologising and rectifying his mistake, he backlashed at a customer!!!
