Bad service

Good day

The service that i am getting is really bad i waited 2 hours for my irdee from debonair tsakane mall and still there is no answer, ive been transferred 5 times by betrace, thabile, sean, lindiwe and one that was really rude and didn't want to give her name.

I started with placing a order with selcourt and only after 1hour 30 min when i called to find out where my order is they tell me that they dont deliver where i stay, from 4:49 pm i placed the order at tsakane mall and its 7:56 and i have called so many and still dont come back. Spoke to lewis and he confirmed that the order left 6:02 but even now the order has not reached me.

Im really not happy as i have bought here many times and even if its 30min late ill understand but 2 hours thats too much.
