Bad service

On the 15th i made a order online Maponya mall branch it was suppose t be delivered around 19:45pm i went to check the status of the order number ***3 but i couldn't i decided to call i spoke to one lady who told me the delivery guy wont get to my area they will call me back why couldn't they say before i made the order am very disappointed
