Bad service

So I placed an order at dobsonville and everything was ok then the delivery guys calls an hour later to tell me they don't deliver where I stay can I come to some garage to fetch my oder there ......Your service is bull ,why accept an order if you know you don't deliver there ....I'm so annoyed by what just happened and the delivery guys name is david
