Bad service

I am writing this to complain about debonnairs pizza in Orkney,I've ordered a pizza at 18:26 the time now is 19h50 .I haven't received my order and when I called the lady gave attitude saying I should be patient they are busy.what I hate more is that even if u go in person to buy they are so slowly they go up and down not knowing what they are doing ,very unfriendly. That debonnairs should be closed or all the staff should be changed,in my life I've never seen such terrible service
