Bad service
So it's 7:30 and I have not received my order, Someone at this branch phoned me to informed that they refuse to deliver, when I saw their delivery bike on several occasions in my street.
This is unacceptable, why does the web give me an option to buy and ask for delivery. In the past they refused to delivery( but you site gave a free delivery option, and the very same branch refused to deliver and I just let it go, Today I placed my and saw a delivery fee, which I gladly paid and though this is now for their effort. But still no order? Please note that I will be contacting my lawyer and the ombudsman for the service I received from Debonair tambotie mall. I will also post it all over social media as well as Hello Peter.
This will be the last I pay for my family dinner and some company do not honor their promises.
Very upset customers, who does not have money to buy anything to eat tonight. 24 hours later still no reply, refund or an apology ????
