Bad Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service i received at Debonairs in Braamfontein (Johannesburg). So i get to the store and buy a Triple Decker Pizza and the cashier doesn't give me a till slip but instead she gives me a piece of paper with my order number written of which i did not mind at the time because i understand that systems do malfunction sometimes just like us as humans we sometimes get sick....so after 20minutes i return to the store to pick up my order however i had to wait for 30minutes for me to get my order which was already out, and by the time i received it it was cold. I asked one of the employees to check my order for me and he went to my order checked it and returned to the till and never said anything to me and i waited for about 15-20minutes then i asked another cashier to check my order and only to find that the order that the previous male employee that i asked earlier to check my order which he checked and never said anything to me is actually my order and the time i received the pizza it was already cold...mind you this is not my fault that the till machine malfunctioned however it was poor service from the employees because they could have communicated better and as for the male employee that didnt bother to assist but just looked at the order and never said anything im extremely angry and disappointed.
