Bad service

The debonairs pizza at Maponya mall has been given me extremely bad service since last year when I started using their app to make orders. Their delivery usually arrives +2 hours later even though they are 4 kms away from where I stay ,over and above this there is always issues with the order,2 months ago they brought an incorrect cooldrink,before that the brought a dry and cold dessert dark chocolate.The most recent one two weeks ago they arrived two hours late as usual the large pizza was dry and the small pizza was burnt and dry.I have on all occassions reported this on your Twitter platform with no assistance..
