Bad service

I'm very unhappy with the service I got from this dumb restaurant I ordered telephonically and when the lady gave me the complete quote she added a delivery fee however on their ads it clearly state very loudly that why are we standing in a queue when you guys deliver for free when I told the lady that it should be free she told me about Ts&Cs that are not stipulated on the ad. when I called the manger she hung up and I never got my order clearly it was never placed because I questioned the delivery fee
