Bad service

Poor service from Debonairs pizza protea glen mall we placed an order yesterday around 6pm till today we haven’t received our order,my family didnt eat hence we placed an order and waited for an hr as advised that our order will be ready in an hr time,we have followed up yesterday no one answered our calls today morning we called at 10am and was advised that manager will call us till now is 12:36 no calls received and we keep on calling back using our own airtime more 20 calls we kept being transferred to an unanswered complaints queries no one cared to respond to us in a good manner.at the call center they told us they dont report to anyone no team leader,supervisor or mananger what kind of Minky Mouse service is this..... we used about R150 worth of airtime being transferred from one department to another and this is unfair please sort this out in a more professional manner as we are very much unhappy with your service
