Bad Service
On the 2nd October 2015 I went to buy pizza at Debonairs in Sesfikile Mall in Daveyton. I ordered 1 large chicken and mushroom and 1 new crunch. When I placed ordered it was around about 18H15. At 18h50 I asked about my orders as I have noticed that people who came after me were getting their orders. The guy looked at my receipts and said only 1 is ready. I then waited. At 19H05 I asked again about the other order, the lady who looked at my receipt, whom assumed to be a supervisor as she had a different shirt on said \Ahh its this pizza". she gave me back my receipt and didn't even try to explain what was going on. This made me angry and I felt so stupid. I then asked to be refunded. the cashier called the same lady and explained to her that I requested to be refunded. The very same lady that I think is a supervisor opened the till and gave me back my money"
