Bad service
I ordered pizza from BlackChain debonairs Soweto it was delivered burnt and had raw onions I called client care to log a complain about the pizza and the lady who assisted me promised to call me back after calling the store but never came back. I called again and spoke to Mduduzi who logged my case and provided me with case number 625048 then later on received SMS saying matter was resolved where else I did not receive feed back. I called again and was told that matter has been escalated up until today no feed back has been provided to me. Their service is bad and I paid for food I couldn't even eat
