bad service
I ordered food on the 8 May 2019 after 2 hrs I was called and they told me they only have 2 drivers and my order will me late if possible I can come collect my order which I did I was surprised that they charged me R10 for delivery when I asked that guy he asked his manager to explained to me why they charging me delivery fee whilst I am collecting my food .
it was full at that time and they many orders indeed they calling customers to come collect I just wonder how many did they charge to collect their food . yesterday I and today I saw the advert on TV it says FREE delivery why why are they charging us for collecting our orders
if you debonairs charge for delivery don't go on TV and say it is for free false advertising
shame on you for charging us free delivery and you also charging for collection
that manager should be ashamed on herself for giving me attitude for asking why we paying for the service that wasn't rendered to us
