BAD SERVICE !!!
Please do something about the lady working at your till , she is rude and has such bad attitude . i needed assistance to order a pizza and as i was asking her about the different options i can take , she was quick to show me the menu and screamed "next" . if she has no product knowledge and patience for customers , please remove her from our faces.
we exchanged words and i insisted she assist me as i had been waiting in the queue . i had to wait 30 min for a pizza , that is supposed to take less then 10 min . There were people who ordered before me whom i left there , the manager came through to help but nobody bothered to apologies to customers standing there waiting long for their food .
service at the debonairness in Bridge city Kwamashu is extremely slow and this is all the time and the lady at the till , her attitude sucks !!!!
