Bad service
We ordered from Debonairs New Brighton a few times and it always gets delivered 100%. A few weeks ago we ordered a pizza that looked deformed. I know a pizza cant be perfectly round by the 3 pizzas looked like it was just thrown together. Last week we ordered again and i asked the cashier to make sure the pizza's are not like this or smushed! When the driver got to my house i opened the gate and the driver dropped the bag with the 3 pizza's in. When i opened it all 3 was laying to one side and we where hungry so just took the pizza's and paid him (let me just add that i understand it was a honest mistake, but i have to pay for this mistake). I sent a message to complain via the app and they said they cant help but will escalate the matter. I am still waiting for feedback! This is not on!
