Bad service

Helllo good people

Im not usually a person to complain about something but this is getting out of hand. We have been waiting for food that was orderd at 7 o'clock currently it is now 9 o'clock its been two hours.

We did phone the company to find out what is the delay and the second time we phoned the employee of the debonairs just put the phone down while we are talking. In my oppinion thats very rude
