Bad service

I Mpho made an online order at 18:16 no response received until I send a live chat complaining about the service, Sherwin said she will send a complaint regarding this. I then received a call after I spoke to Sherwin at 19:43 still now I'm still waiting, I'm highly dissapointed as today is my Anniversary I did not eat anything I was so happy now I'm sad. I need my refund done as I'm so angry I should've ordered somewhere else.
