Bad service

Worst services ever , I ordered Debonairs Pizza Saturday online I waited 2 hours for the food it was cold and I had to pay for , and I have requested for a swiping the driver had an attitude told me it's not Working .... Today , I ordered again from the same place waited for another 2 hours again I had too pay .... And I called the store they gave such attitude

Please really sort out that MegaPhilani Store... It's **** , fact that I had too pay, after waiting for so long
