Bad service

Hi Yesterday I bought a pizza which costs me R150 mind you and that was the biggest mistake , the people who were preparing the pizzas were watching TV (uzalo) laughing and chatting among themselves instead of doing what they were suppose to be doing, so after waiting for sometime I got my order I couldn't check the pizza at the shop, then when I got home I found the pizza burnt (black underneath one pizza dough) to the level that it was not consumable and I couldn't go back because by the time I go home they were closed already.
