Bad service

I placed an order on the app at 18:30. I called the Chris Hani branch at 20:00 and I spoke to a lady there and she advised that she will call nw back and she didn't. I called again and spoke to Madibuseng. She advised that the orders are mixed up. I spoke to her toll my airtime ran out and she did not offer to call me back. Me and my neighbour are waiting for almost three hours and we have not received the delivery. When we try calling the number they are rejecting the calls. This is unacceptable as no one is getting back to us. And now we have to wait and pay for late delivery. We are forced to make alternative arrangements. I'm extremely disappointed and would like fort his to handled by management.
