Bad service

I ordered a pizza with specifications that it must not have tikka as I can't eat that sauce. Pizza delivered and it has the sauce. Called the call centre spoke to Terrance who said he will call the restaurant and come to me. 30 min later I call again then I get Kelebogile she advised that Terrance was still talking to the store manager..Almost an hour later after my initial call,still waiting. Last week the driver got lost for 30min and yet I order there on a regular basis but I let it slide and now this???
