BAD SERVICE

on the 25th September 2018 @ 7:00 pm I ordered pizza online @ Dube Debonairs .I waited & waited for my delivery nothing came , an hour later I called them on their landline a lady answered & advised that they had a little delay with their delivery guy but my pizza will be delivered to me in 10 minutes ,10 minutes passed 45 minutes later receive a call from a very rude lady who advised me they wont be delivering my pizza I must come fetch it , as they don't do deliveries to my area after 8 which I don't understand as it is not the first time I am ordering from them & my pizza was delivered just fine . The tone she used & the attitude as if I had to just accept what she was telling me to either come fetch or don't get my pizza . My pizza was never delivered & its was already to 9 I ad no choice so I drove & picked my pizza

Why offer delivery if this is the kind of service we receive from your store . The reason I ordered for delivery is for convenience of not driving all the way . Bad service & as far as I'm concerned will not be ordering any more pizza's from deboainairs . Oh and this is my second complaint went to their website on their customer service option till today I ave not received any response from them . BAD customer service . Very disappointed.
