Bad service

Yesterday aftrenoon i went to debonairs pizza to karenpark to buy small pizza i think i was number 174, i waited there for my nuber to be called but then i realised that people who came after me were being called. They were already on number 180 something, That's when i stood up and asked about my order, they went at the back and tell the guy to prepare it as i was waiting, when the person who was serving me came back he just gave the pizza to me without even apologising, i then asked what happened he said they withrew my slip away, if i didn't asked about it i was gonna wait until, i don't know if it was because it's R23.99 or what, but I was not impressed at all.
