Bad service

I place an order last week and there was a problem with it. Khobonina called to apologies and offered me a meal at half price when i order again. Today 08/09/2018 i tried placing an order but i was taken from pillar to post. The call center told me the manager said he will not get involved with it and didn't want to call me. I was promised a call from Sam but i had to wait. He only called me after their own time. I had waited for an hour to be given a service which no one was willing to. As a mother i had to make a plan because my kids were not going to wait for the debonair staff to change their mind.
