bad service

Good evening, i ordered pizza (on the tripple) online 18:15 today and i select for a speed point since i did not have cash on me, and i called Deboniar in brackencity again to just verify that they do bring the speed point and if i will use my debit card and this nice lady over the phone reassured me and told me all is well, i did not have any further questions and she also did not tell me of any expectation on delivery . i waited until Muhinda the delivery guy came . i was out side with my brother waiting by the gate, when the gentleman came, he was about to pass my house and we shouted out for him to stop it was us waiting for the pizza, he said (i quote) is it you ok , never greeted us or anything (ok cool that is expected) before he could get of his bike he said (Do You Have 15rand for delivery?) i was shocked 15 rand i was never told about that when i ordered online and when i called them cause i did specifically mention to the nice lady that (i want speed machine). the gentleman then said there's nothing he could do and he is turning back with the order if we did not have 15 for delivery, i said ok you can go and his voice was now up as if like we fighting, i told him over and over i did not know all these information he was talking about, he was now shout telling us that we live far they only deliver at brackenhurst and if he comes to the township they charge delivery. i asked the gentleman why is he raising his voice when talking to us because we were not fighting with him, i was only telling him the side of the story i know so far and he was telling me his, which i was not aware of, people on the street looking at us now,,i then said let me call the place again,he reached to his pocket and said i should call some number which is on his cell phone and said in the office they will take time to answer, i called the office or the order place, they answered and i spoke to the manager whom i told that i was not aware of the 15rand delivery charge. he asked if i ordered online i said yes. he then asked to speak to the gentleman who was furious shouting at us. he failed to show me how the speed point work and then demanded that i give him my pin code for him to put for me, i said ill try the machine my self again, he said angrily just look at the numbers on top and put them they change all time, finally it went through 19:59. he asked if it was first time ordering and i said yes, he then said (i quote) WE SHOULD NEVER ORDER AGAIN IF WE DONT HAVE MONEY. i asked is this the kind of treatment i must get?i ordered pizza for R 194.00 , my brother had R 20 on him but we were never told about delivery and the attitude the gentleman gave us, it was like we were not going to pay ... last thing that ****ed my mood the pizza were not hot.. why guys such treatment?
