bad service

about and hour ago I ordered a pizza from debonairs in Westgate mall. Mitchell's and I was about to use the app on my phone but didn't see a option to swipe my card under cash payment so I decided to call instead to avoid any mis understandings. to my surprise the guy comes to my door soaked from the rain and has no card machine with him as the person by the name of Gurure Tanaka failed to make a note om the slip and the delivery says to me that this is a continuous problem as they have one card machine that floats between them. I FEEL THAT THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS, how can one person have a machine, im sure im not the only one that does not carry cash all the time. so now he has left and left the pizza which me and my family have consumed as we were so hungry and the pizza has not yet been paid. when I called back to the shop they said they will send the driver with the machine, which is so inconvenient for all parties involved.
