Bad service

On the 23rd of February i ordered a pizza online and from my experience with other debonairs pizza stores i know that once i place an order for 12:00 the pizza will be on my door at 12:00 so i ordered the pizza online from debonairs pizza Ga Rankuwa they dont have a delivery service so i choose the pay in store option .. and selected that i will pick up my pizza at 20:45 and so i rushed there to my surprise when i got there at exactly 20:45 nothing was prepared and i was told to wait as someone made the mistake of placing my online order slip under the till then Itumeleng who was working the till so rudely when i enquired why do i have to wait as i placed the order online a while back told me straight to my eyes that i will have to wait on the queue just like everybody pay in mind that i place the a while back and also had to use my money to get to the store .. i received my pizza 7 minutes later which i think is not the debonairs standard , i am seriously unhappy about the service i got on the 23rd and the behaviour of the cashier at debonairs pizza Ga Rankuwa .
