Bad service
I am so disgusted with the service received from Debonairs Brackenfell. I placed an online delivery order at 7:30pm and waited for over an hour, no communication from the store to advise of delay in delivery. The store closed at 8:30pm with no notification as to where my order was or if it was still being delivered. Great job Debonairs you have lost a client for life and will be sure to spread the word! I want a full refund or this will be taken further. The customer care line was no help either as I was requested to leave a message!!! There was no resolve to this and I am utterly digested by this incident and service
