Bad Service

On the 7 December I phoned into Good wood Debonair to place my order that I was going to collect. I spoke to a guy when I got to the branch they told me they don't know who helped me as that slip had a woman's name on it. Apparently it was a guy called Lynmore that helped me I placed my order online for the double feast deal with a extra topping of feta on the peperoni pizza and a large sub. all was fine on the fine only for me to get to the branch 1 hour later and spoke to Raafiek for him to tell me that don't have subs he phoned me,,,,,I'm my opinion the person that helped me on the phone should have known they don't have subs!!!!! they then call the manager(Ronelle) for says there is subs at the back somewhere and that there is only small ones!!! She then just told them to ring up my order over and she left. By this time the pizza still wasn't done and to top it off I had to wait longer because the order was put through incorrectly they put the feta on the spicy chicken pizza instead of the peperoni!!!!!!!!!!!!! I then had to wait even longer for that to be done. Then to top it off I had to wait and stand at the till for a further 10minutes while Raafiek and another guy struggled to ring up the order for the system that is ridiculous and I was not impressed with my two side orders of the wings it tasted awful!!!!! This was the worst service really!
