Bad service

I ordered a meaty triple decker from Cosmo Mall Debonairs pizza at 18:06 and received it 2 hours and 45 minutes later. The coldrink flavour was wrong, the pizza was very cold, it was dry and the driver did not even have a sound explain. Very poor service
