Bad service

I ordered a pizza double deal for work at 6pm the night thry told me 7pm pizza will arrive then i took my lunch and pizza came few minutes before 8pm and i work 10 min away from Debonairs which i dont understand no one call me nor apologize for delay and to top it when i payed the driver calls telling me i gave short when i know what i payed because he checked it before he left im so done with Debonairs treating customers like this and its now the second time it happens
