Bad service

Hello I am so frustrated with the service we receive at Debonairs Pizza in Ga-Rankuwa. I placed my order online and paid online at 14:49 then at 16:16 I gave the call to ask about my order, that's when the driver arrived. He had forgot my malva pudding, I gave them the call again to ask about my malva pudding at 17:03 they said they will call me back I spoke to a lady called Refilwe. It is now 17:20 I haven't received my order nor the call they promised to do a follow but neither it's been done ... Debonairs Ga-Rankuwa is very bad they deliver late and no communication whatsoever ... They know we complain and nothing is being done ... It hurts because I am a regular customer ... can they at least refund me and I will stop buying from them
