Bad service

On the 2nd of january 2015, I went Debonairs pizza at the phoenix branch to order supper. When i went home,i were very dissappointed to see how the pizzas were made. There were very less fillling at the sides of the pizzas and the pizzas was very dry. I took the phone no from the pizza box and I phoned the call centre. The call centre gave me a reference no which is 137827 regarding the matter and promised to assist me. I waited for days for a feedback but no one phoned me. I had to phone the call centre myself regarding this matter. After a week the manager Joelene phoned me and said to me that she's very upset with me because I should have phoned her and why I phoned the call centre and complained. I said to her I didn't have the Phoenix branch no. Joelene asked me to come back to her branch. When I went there Joelene couldn't find my reference no and complain on the system and she refused to help me.I phoned the call centre again regarding Joelene bad attitude .The call said they cannot assist me and its left upon Jolene to decide what she wants to do. I phoned Mr zaff the regional manager and lodged my complain. I'm still waiting for Mr Zaff to reply back to me.
