BAD SERVICE

Today at 18:10 I called the store ordering 2 Pizza's and I told it'll take an hour for the food to be delivered but to my surprise a delivery only comes at 21:00 with wrong items on my order. when I called the shop I was given an apology and I was told I must wait another 15 minutes which I felt it too much since I had to cancel my scheduled meeting at 21:00 because of this late delivery. I wonder if we're going anywhere with this kind of service. I am so disappointed as a customer and a debonair supporter long time. <br> <br> And to my sublime surprise not even the manager took a stand and called me back to clear the dismay.<br> I know its month-end but 4 hours is a little bit extreme to order food and get them after this long. Even now I am still waiting for the pizza and now time is 21:30 and I am still waiting for the poor service I pay for. This goes a long way for me because had I walked to the mall at 18:10 I would have been back long time, now my kids have to wait 4 hour to eat what they asked for! Maybe next time I should place the order on Friday for delivery on Saturday!!! This sucks!!!1
