Bad Service

I would like to complain about the really pathetic service is recently received from the Weltevreden park branch. I called to place an order on Friday the 19/06/15 i was told by the lady that answered that she is busy with another customer and told me to call back in 5 mins, i thereafter called 3x and everytime someone answered they dropped the call on me. When i did eventually after 15 mins of trying got ahold of someone the person that took my order was extremely rude and ***********. She kept telling me that there's a problem with my phone when i queried why was my call dropped on numerous occasions. I did manage to make an order but when i received my order it was dry with no filling and absolutely disgusting that i had to dispose of it. As a well known brand i would expect better service to customers and better quality food being served. It goes against the consumer act where they promise me 1 product and upon receiving it based on what was advertised i do not receive such. I firstly expect to be apologised to for the way i've been treated and secondly compensated as i did pay for my meal and because of such bad quality had to dispose of it as it was inedible
