Bad Service

I had one of the worst experiences with Debonairs App, I ordered a pizza, few minutes after that it showed my order as delivered, I tried to call both the contact numbers they had but there was no answer. No communication at all, I had to order from another place and also place a complaint regarding the service. An agent contacted me the next day and said my query would be escalated and I am still waiting for the call till now, I have lost R250 and still nothing from them.
