Bad service

I ordered a pizza with a friend via telephone. I called again within 30 min to folow up on the delivery and was told the delivery guy had left and should be coming through soon. After another 30 min - no delivery so we called again. The lady on the phone said they have been to deliver my order 3 times already and i wasnt answering my calls. I hadnt received any calls so I asked which number they've been calling as i gave them my correct number only to find out that they had captured incorrectly. The explanation I got was that customers details are automatically stored so if you order often the system saves your details which are the details they decided to save after I had during my call given them my number which I've had for the last 5 years.The manager was so rude on the phone and I, from my knowledge know that if its late its free, so we said we wont be paying for the pizza and he refused saying if we dont want it, the driver must bring it back #attitude voice! we posted a complaint and after a week I recieved a call from a lady from the customer service who was folloeing up to find out if my query was resolved of which it wasnt. Received sms that it was closed!
