Bad service

I placed an order online at the Newlands West branch at 18:35 at 21:00 I had to call the store as my pizza was not delivered they said the order was leaving the store. They could not even notify me of the delay or Apologize for the inconvenience. The manager **** and said He tried to call me then my app said my food was delivered but there was no such!!!! This store needs to be closed for good
