bad service

<p>i called into place my order for delivery,,, i waited more than an hour,when i called back i was told that they was a strike in the location, i told them there is nothing happening at the c</p> <p>location because i was coming from Uitenhage, the consaltant told me she would ask the manager and come back to me, she did not do that and i called back again she told me the manager did'nt want to send a driver, what makes me angry after 15 minutes i saw a debonnairs skouter passing my place but they told me they cant come to me, and its not the first time im having bad service at this branch, cashiers dont have any manners when they speak to clients and they take their own sweet time to make a pizza i once bought a tripple deck and it was more than 30 minutes not a single person apologised to me,,, this is really un accceptable its not like we begging im using my flippin money to buy from them,</p>
