Bad service

<p>I was at Debonairs Mall of the South on the 26-05-2017 and bought 2 large pizzas with the value of R129.90.And I forgot to collect the pizza on time and when I get home in Soweto I realised that I forgot my order ..so I took out the slip to call the shop but there was no telephone number on the slip.So today on the 27-05-17 I went back to the shop to explain the situation and I find a rude ***ner as she said)by the name of Nomonde..she wanted me to take those pizzas which slept on a counter and said she will not have a waste because of me and she will not refund me..she gave me a number of ********** 000 and said pls lay a complain and I will come to me and I'll still not give u fresh pizzas or refund u..the lady is very very rude and if this is her franchise then she is damaging the brand of Debonaisers...if she is employees as a manager then u have a rude expensive casual...i dont want anything anymore from that store..all i want is my money back or she can buy another franchise with it...disgusted</p>
