Bad Service

<p>I placed an online order at 12:16, only to call the store at 12:53 asking how long will the order take. i was told that the order DID NOT COME THROUGH - apparently while on the call, the order came through and was told it will take 30 - 45minutes all because there is 1 driver.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the first complaint I logged with this Store. the first time the meal was cold, now this. This is totally unacceptable!!! I decided to cancel my order instead.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted and highly disappointed in the service and now the brand as well.</p>
