Bad service!

<p>Ordered online. Recieved order the correctly but the pizza was the wrong size (ordered Large recieved small). Called the call centre to rectify the problem and was then transferred to the shop where the call went to a voicemail system. called the call centre a second time and was told that they would call the shop and rectify the order. 1 hour later I phoned again and was told the same thing, that they would follow up with the shop. Another hour goes by and I call again was transferred between six people before eventually ending up with a manager who promised to get it sorted. Another hour passed and still nothing. Will never be a customer of Debonairs again! Not even going to bother asking for my money back as that may take so long I might take months! </p>
