Bad service

<p>I placed and order on a phone around 17:52 and told them I am collecting so I wouldn't have to wait for long. I was told that it will take 15mins. I got there around 18:12 and I was told that my order was not prepared so they printed and invoice to prepare at 18:14. For an order that I placed at 17:52 and now it's 18:34 still waiting! Really your service is not satisfying at all. </p>
