Bad Service

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>On Thursday 16: 02 I called the store in Bloemfontein and ordered something meaty, following recommendation from one of the tellers. Having agreed on both the size, which was large and the price respectively, I was told my pizza would be delivered within 45 min which was not the case. I called the store at 17:12 to find out what was the delay, i was not provided with sufficient response, and instead I was told by the store manager that I was not the only one that had placed an order. When I asked for her name, she bluntly refused to provide me with one, which led to me dropping the phone as the conversation was going nowhere. Now, I need not go further to explain why I was livid with such services from one of my ultimate favourite pizza store. Am truly disgusted by such a ill-treatment and I urge you to look into the matter and address it accordingly because such actions could have dire consequences for the store and its revenue.</p> <p>Thapelo Molebatsi, ********** 423</p>
